Do it Like Demiurge

I sketched a layered scene of jungle-like plants and tried to show foreground & background by drawing the plants at the front with thicker lines and darker shadow.

The collection of plants at Sezencote Estate was really impressive. A huge acer was beginning to turn red in the autumn season, ferns shielded from the sun under large canopies and the shadows of tall cypress trees tracked the sun across the lawn like the sun dial in the corner of the garden in which their shadows were pointing.

Here is a collection of acrylic paintings I have done looking at land & seascapes. Although completed just before the course started, I was inspired to pick up the paint brush and feel they reflect my intention to develop my artistic skill.
